Deleting your data

When you sign in to YouTube or Facebook in StreamPort, the sign-in token is kept only on your own computer, iPad or iPhone, in the system's secure storage. StreamPort's servers do not keep it: during Facebook sign-in our server holds it for at most two minutes, only to hand it to your app, and then forgets it. We never see your password.

Remove StreamPort's access

• In StreamPort: Settings › Accounts › Disconnect next to YouTube or Facebook. This deletes the token from your device straight away.
• Facebook: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › StreamPort › Remove.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions › StreamPort › Remove access.

Delete your StreamPort account

To delete your StreamPort licence, account and purchase records (except what tax law requires us to keep), email support@streamport.app from the address you bought with. We confirm and delete within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
