StreamPort includes the following software. FFmpeg is used under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3. The unmodified source and the build script used for the version shipped in the app are available here: ffmpeg-6.0.1.tar.xz and build-ffmpeg.sh.
- FFmpeg 6.0.1 — LGPL v3 or later. Video and audio processing. Built without any GPL or non-free parts. Source and build script: /legal/ffmpeg-source/. License text ships inside the app (Contents/Resources/ffmpeg/LICENSE.txt).
- OpenSSL 3 — Apache-2.0. TLS for rtmps:// connections, statically linked into FFmpeg.
- FreeType — FreeType License (FTL). Text rendering for overlays, statically linked into FFmpeg. Portions of this software are copyright © The FreeType Project (www.freetype.org). All rights reserved.
- libpng — libpng License. Used by FreeType.
- Brotli — MIT. Used by FreeType.
- Electron / Chromium — MIT and BSD-style licenses. Application runtime. Chromium licenses are listed in the app bundle (LICENSES.chromium.html).
- Simple Icons — CC0 1.0. YouTube, Facebook and Twitch marks, used only to identify those services. The marks are trademarks of their owners; StreamPort is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
