Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026.
1. The license
Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, Trini Web Solution grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StreamPort on up to two Macs that you own or control. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows) or share your license key.
2. Trial, plans and renewals
The free trial lasts 14 days. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app or the billing portal; your plan then continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are a single payment for the version line stated at purchase. Prices may change for future renewals with notice.
3. Your content and platforms
You are responsible for what you stream and for complying with the rules of YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and any other service you use, including copyright and music licensing. StreamPort only transmits what you send it. Third-party services can change or limit their APIs at any time; features that depend on them may stop working without liability to us.
4. Software and components
StreamPort includes open-source software listed in the third-party notices, each under its own license.
5. Disclaimer
StreamPort is provided “as is”. Live streaming depends on your hardware, network and third-party platforms; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and you should test before important broadcasts.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to StreamPort is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost audience or revenue.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Questions: support@streamport.app.
