Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with StreamPort.

• 14-day guarantee. If StreamPort isn’t right for you, email support@streamport.app within 14 days of your purchase or renewal and we will refund it in full.
• Free trial. Try every feature for 14 days before you pay.
• Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription any time; no further charges follow and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunded licenses stop working after the refund is processed.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
