Privacy Policy

StreamPort is designed to keep your streaming on your own computer. This policy explains the little data we do handle.

The app

• Your streams, recordings, stream keys, settings, chat and account tokens stay on your Mac. Keys and tokens are encrypted with the macOS keychain.
• StreamPort contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not receive your video, your destinations or your chat.
• When you connect YouTube, Facebook or Twitch, the app talks to those services directly using the credentials you provide. Their privacy policies apply to that data.

Licensing

To check a license, the app sends the license key and a hashed device identifier (not your name or hardware serial) to our license server, which stores the purchase email, plan, subscription status and the device identifiers allowed under your license.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe provides us with your email, billing country and payment status.

This website

The website uses no cookies or analytics. Our server may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security and troubleshooting, kept for a limited time.

Your choices

Email support@streamport.app to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, including your license record. We will keep only what the law requires, such as payment records.
